Join me for this beautiful alchemy of soul connection and deep healing Give your mind, body and soul time and space to enter into a deeply relaxed state, allowing yourself to open to universal healing energy to restore and reset We begin with gentle seated kundalini yoga meditations, shifting and releasing energy, opening the heart centre, and activating your self-healing energy, followed by conscious breathing to help ease you into relaxation, before settling into your space for a guided meditation to lead you deeper into relaxation with singing bowls and gong. Throughout the session, I will also be channelling healing energy, directing it to wherever it is needed for your highest and greatest good. In alignment with your free will, I will ask you to mentally accept if you wish to receive this energy at the beginning of the session We end with a period of quiet reflection/journaling and herbal tea
